Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed the next business day. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days before the carrier picks up your package.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States. We partner with reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Costs: Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout and displayed before payment. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders.

Times: Estimated delivery windows are provided in the FAQ section. These are carrier estimates and not guarantees. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses may occur.
4. Packaging
We pack items securely. Bathrobes and mats are typically folded and sealed in plastic, while caps may be in poly bags or boxes.
5. Delivery & Issues

Tracking: A tracking number and link will be provided via email once your order ships.

Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

Failed Delivery/Missing Packages: If a package is marked "delivered" but not received, please check with neighbors and your local post office/carrier hub first. Then, contact us for assistance in opening a trace investigation with the carrier.
